Luxury Tax Dollars Empty Luxury Tax Dollars

This will potentially have an impact on the payouts at the end of this season...

We have not decided what to do with the additional money generated by luxury tax penalties. If we want it to be part of the payouts for the related season that is fine, if we want it to go into a larger pot to save up for something else that's fine too.  Whatever we decide can be managed.  We just need to decide on an option!
